General Terms and Conditions (GTC)
1. Scope of Application
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders placed by consumers via our online shop. A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor self-employed.

3. Conclusion of Contract
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but an invitation to order.
By clicking the "Buy now" button or similar, you submit a binding offer. The contract is concluded as soon as we accept your order by sending an order confirmation via email.
4. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are final prices and include statutory value-added tax.
Shipping costs are charged additionally and are shown in the order summary.
5. Delivery
We deliver within Germany, unless otherwise offered at checkout.
The non-guaranteed delivery time for Germany is usually 2–3 working days after receipt of payment.
6. Payment
The following payment methods are available in our shop:
- Shopify Payments (credit card, SEPA, possibly other methods via Stripe)
- PayPal
7. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment.
8. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a statutory right of withdrawal.

9. Returns
For returns after withdrawal, please use our return form or contact us by email at support@marivera.eu to ensure smooth processing.
In addition, we offer our customers a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. Please refer to "Returns" for the conditions and process.
10. Warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply.
The warranty period is two years from delivery of the goods.
11. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence.
In cases of slight negligence, we are only liable for damages resulting from injury to life, body, health, or from the breach of essential contractual obligations. In these cases, our liability is limited to the foreseeable, typical contractual damage.
12. Data Protection
Information on the processing of personal data can be found in our privacy policy.
13. Final Provisions
German law applies, to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods.
For consumers habitually resident in the EU, mandatory consumer protection provisions of the respective country also apply.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
