Right of Withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party designated by you, who is not the carrier, took possession of the goods.

by means of a clear declaration (e.g. email or letter) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. You can use our withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
Consequences of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the standard delivery offered by us).
The refund will be made immediately and no later than 14 days from receipt of your withdrawal. We will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
We may refuse repayment until we have received the goods back or you have provided proof that you have returned the goods.
You must return the goods to us immediately and no later than 14 days from withdrawal. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You bear the costs of returning the goods.
You only have to compensate for any loss in value if this loss in value is due to handling of the goods that was not necessary for checking their condition, properties and functionality.
Exclusion of the Right of Withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not apply to contracts for the supply of goods that are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene if their seal has been removed after delivery.
