Shipping within Germany

We currently ship within Germany. As soon as we receive your order, we usually process it as quickly as possible on working days. After handover to the shipping service provider, you will receive a confirmation (including tracking, if available).

Processing Time & Delivery Time

• Processing Time: usually within 1 business day
• Delivery Time: typically 1–2 business days (from shipping, depending on region and shipping service provider's capacity)

Note: No deliveries are made on Sundays and public holidays; during peak times, isolated delays may occur.

Shipping Costs & Tracking

The shipping costs will be transparently displayed to you at checkout. If you have any questions about shipping costs, delivery status, or changing your delivery address, please contact us – we'll be happy to help you quickly.

Missing or Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@marivera.eu and send us your order number and photos of the damage.

If your package is marked as delivered but has not arrived, please contact us within 7 days. We will gladly help you clarify the whereabouts with the shipping service provider.
