Returns (30-Day Satisfaction Guarantee)

We want you to be satisfied. In addition to your statutory 14-day right of withdrawal, we offer a voluntary 30-day return period from the date of delivery.

This allows you to test our products risk-free for 30 days. If you are not satisfied, you can return them without any problems, even if the packaging has been opened and the contents are no longer complete.

How to return an item:

1. Register your return

Write to us at support@marivera.eu (Subject: "Return + Order number") and briefly state the reason.

2. Receive a QR code via email (Paperless Return)

After registering, you will receive an email with a link to your personal QR code.

👉 Simply click the link in the email – the QR code will open directly on your smartphone.

3. Drop off the package at a parcel shop

Bring your package along with your QR code to a DHL or GLS parcel shop near you (depending on whether you received a DHL or GLS QR code).

There, the QR code will be scanned, and the shipping label will be printed and affixed immediately.

Important: The QR code is only valid for your return, can be used once, and must be scanned within 7 working days.

4. Return shipping costs

✗ Your own shipping label: These are not permitted, and you bear the costs yourself.
✔ Our label: A flat fee of €3.99 will be deducted from the refund.

5. Return the item

Return the item carefully packaged.

After receipt and inspection of the goods, we will refund the item price using the original payment method. Shipping costs for the original shipment will not be refunded.

Important

Keep the confirmed return receipt from the parcel service so that a claim can be made with the parcel service in case of loss.
Report incorrect or damaged items within 7 days with a photo/short video to claims@marivera.eu – we will arrange for replacement or refund.
