General Questions
Due to high demand, only limited quantities are available. Therefore, we currently only ship within Germany. Subscribe to our newsletter – we'll inform you as soon as we enable shipping across the EU.
We usually process orders and hand them over to the parcel service within one business day. Delivery within Germany is usually 1-2 business days after handover to the parcel service.
We deliver to your home address via standard parcel service . Currently, we deliver with DHL . Shipments are trackable with a tracking number until delivery. If the package doesn't fit in your mailbox and cannot be handed over personally, the delivery driver will leave a notification with collection or drop-off instructions. Please note that any package left at a parcel shop must be collected within 5 business days , otherwise it will be returned to us. Delivery to a selectable collection point at our shops will soon be available at checkout.
Yes. As soon as your shipment is on its way, you will receive an email with the shipment number and tracking link.
Contact us via our contact form or by email at support@marivera.eu with your order number and reason for return. You will then receive instructions and, upon request, a return label (see "Returns/Exchanges").
We currently accept all major credit cards (VISA, Mastercard, American Express, etc.), PayPal, and Klarna. You can find more information on our payment page, where you'll find the payment options for your country.
As long as the order has not yet been shipped, we will gladly try to make changes or cancel it. Please contact support@marivera.eu immediately.

- Step 1 - Select your product(s) by fragrance, pack size, and quantity.
- Step 2 - After selection, please go to the shopping cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right corner.
- Step 3 - Check your shopping cart for the correctness of the desired sales units.
- Step 4 - Click on the "Checkout" button.
- Step 5 - Add the desired address where your order should be delivered. Please also provide the stairwell number, floor, and house number - if applicable. Please also note that the recipient's name must be resident at the private address.
- Step 6 - Select the payment method.
- Step 7 - Review your order one last time and click the "Order" button.
- Step 8 - Look forward to your order arriving as soon as possible :)

Product information
Our detergent sheets reliably dissolve in both cold and hot water. Whether 15°C or 90°C - your laundry will be clean.
- Normal laundry: 1 strip
- Heavily soiled or large loads (e.g. towels, bedding): 2-3 strips
The laundry sheets are pre-dosed - no measuring required.
Yes, absolutely. We avoid animal-derived ingredients and do not conduct animal testing.
Marivera is committed to manufacturing its products only in countries with the highest environmental standards. Our washing strips are produced in Sweden.
Yes, the laundry sheets clean reliably in both soft and hard water.
Our products are plant-based and free of harsh chemicals. Many customers with sensitive skin respond very well to them. However, every skin reacts differently, so we can't offer any guarantees. It's best to try them out for yourself.
In the washing machine:
- Add laundry
- Place a strip directly onto the clothing
- Start wash cycle
When washing hands:
- Fill a bucket or basin with water
- Dissolve a strip in it
- Wash laundry by hand as usual
Whether top-loading, front-loading or HE machine - our washing strips can be used universally.
Yes, they are generally suitable for all fabrics. However, for very delicate stripes, we recommend testing on an inconspicuous area first.
Definitely. Classic detergents consist of up to 90% water - which essentially means you're just paying to transport water. Our laundry strips are highly concentrated, skin and environmentally friendly, space-saving, plastic-free, and clean just as effectively.
The unopened packages have a shelf life of approximately 18 months .
Yes, they are completely gluten-free.
Yes, they are biodegradable and therefore safe for sewage treatment systems.
Yes, our laundry strips do not contain any ingredients that harm the environment. The wastewater can therefore also be used in greywater systems (e.g. for garden irrigation).
Our packaging is made from recycled cardboard—plastic-free and environmentally friendly.
The strips are made from plant-based, biodegradable ingredients. You can find the exact list on our product page under " Ingredients ."
Foam does not automatically equate to cleaning power. Many brands add extra ingredients that only serve aesthetic purposes. Our laundry strips contain plant-based surfactants that encapsulate dirt particles, detach them from textile fibers, and rinse them away during the wash cycle – completely without unnecessary foam.

Delivery usually takes a few business days within Germany.
